Skip NavigationRentCafé Resident Portal will be accessed through Passwordless login, also known as Multi-factor Authentication (MFA). Residents will not need to enter their RentCafe username or password. Instead, they can log in using their email address (the one that is associated with their RentCafe account), Google, Microsoft, or Apple.
When residents log in with their email address, they will select the option to receive the secure link sent to their email or a secure code delivered to their mobile device. If they opt to log in via Google, Microsoft, or Apple, and are already signed in to those platforms on their device, they will be automatically redirected to the Resident Portal. Otherwise, they’ll be prompted to log into the platform before being redirected to Resident Portal.
